At Theiaura&Co., we are dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Our warranty coverage includes the following:
1. Lifetime Warranty: Moissanite & Colored Gemstones
• Protects all Theiaura&Co. moissanite gemstones against changes in clarity, color, or brilliance.
• Warranty is void if the gemstone undergoes any alterations or treatments.
2. Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty: Silver & Gold & Platinum Jewelry
• Covers silver, gold and platinum jewelry settings, including rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets.
• Includes protection against:
- Defects, structural issues, or discrepancies from the approved design.
• Exclusions:
- Bending, warping, or prong movement.
• Warranty is void if the jewelry is altered or treated.
3. Small Stone Replacement
• Covers the replacement of small pavé stones (under 2mm) that fall out within six months of purchase.
Important Details
• All warranties are automatically applied to every Theiaura&Co. purchase and are valid for the original purchaser or the recipient of the gift.
• To ensure comprehensive protection, we recommend obtaining jewelry insurance to safeguard against loss, theft, and incidental damage.

For ready-to-ship items, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging, certificates, tags, and any promotional gifts intact.

Shipping Regions
We offer free standard shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states + Washington D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. Delivery must be to a physical home or business address.
Processing & Handling
• Ready-to-Ship: 1–3 days
• Made-to-Order: 3–10 days
Orders with mixed items ship together once all pieces are ready. All days are calendar days.
Delivery Time
Orders ship from our international studio. Transit: 9–15 days, depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery = Processing + Transit. Tracking will be emailed once your order ships.
Important Notes
Addresses can’t be changed after checkout. Delays from weather, carriers, or address errors are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is lost or tampered with, please notify us within 7 days of your delivery estimate.
