2-Year Warranty

At Theiaura&Co. (theiura.com), we are dedicated to creating refined, high-quality jewelry designed to be worn and loved every day. Each piece is carefully crafted and thoroughly inspected before shipping. To stand behind our craftsmanship, we offer a two-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

Our two-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Structural defects in metal settings
  • Clasp or fastening defects
  • Stone-setting defects resulting from production issues
  • Plating or finish defects caused by manufacturing

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Theiaura&Co. will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the item at no cost, or
  • Replace it with the same item if available, or
  • Issue store credit equal to the original purchase value if the item is no longer in stock

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, fading, or natural oxidation
  • Accidental damage, improper use, or neglect
  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, water, impact, or excessive force
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Any modifications, repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by a third party
  • Damage caused by failure to follow proper jewelry care guidelines

Eligibility & Proof of Purchase

  • This warranty is valid only for items purchased directly from theiaura.com or our authorized retail partners.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Care team with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, you may be asked to return the item for inspection. If the claim is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, warranty service will be completed at no charge.

Important Notes

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser or the gift recipient of the item and is valid with proof of purchase.
  • Promotional or gifted items may be excluded from warranty coverage.
  • Use of third-party repair services will void this warranty.

Theiaura&Co. reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all warranty claims and the appropriate resolution.
