Theiaura Data Analysis — App and Privacy Notice

Theiaura Data Analysis is a Windows desktop tool for authorized Theiaura operators to analyze the brand’s search visibility, website performance and product performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Merchant Center. It is not a customer sign-in service. Visiting this page does not connect a Google account.

Read this tool’s Privacy Notice.

Privacy Notice

This notice covers the tool’s Google connections and resulting analysis. The store Privacy Policy separately applies to browsing or shopping on the Theiaura website.

Data accessed and purpose

The tool reads authorized resources to provide the internal analysis requested by an operator. Depending on the request, this includes:

  • Search Console site identifiers, access information and search-performance reports: queries, pages, dates, devices, countries, clicks, impressions and position.
  • Google Analytics account and property summaries, and the metrics and dimensions selected for GA4 reports.
  • Merchant Center account information, products, account issues, product and organic-listing performance, and developer-registration status.

Results can contain business information and identifiers; they should not be assumed to be anonymous.

Authorization and permissions

Operators grant access on Google’s official sign-in and consent pages; the tool does not ask for a Google password. Search Console and GA4 use read-only permissions. Merchant Center uses Google’s broader content permission, which is not itself read-only. The local connector limits requests to fixed read operations and does not expose changes to products, feeds, websites or account settings.

Local storage and protection

Google client configuration and refresh credentials are stored outside the project repository, encrypted for the current Windows user with Windows DPAPI. These credentials are not synchronized through the shared repository. Each device is authorized separately. Operators manage original downloaded client-configuration files and private backups separately.

Google API connections use HTTPS with certificate verification. The connector filters credential fields from results and returns limited diagnostic codes instead of raw error messages. These safeguards do not make all analysis data local or guarantee absolute security.

Codex, OpenAI and saved results

When used in Codex, requested Google data and resulting analysis can be sent through the local connector to the selected Codex/OpenAI service. That service’s applicable terms, account type and settings govern its processing and retention. Operators should review those controls before using Google data with the service.

The connector returns query results to its caller. Operators can save reports or analysis in chosen files, project records or other storage. Conversation histories, exports and backups may retain copies after a query.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Local connection files remain until replaced or removed; private backups may remain separately. Saved reports and conversations follow their storage or service controls. The tool does not automatically delete every copy after a query.

Operators can manage or revoke access in Google Account connections. Revocation can affect both connection groups and other devices using the application’s Google Cloud project. Removing local credentials and revoking Google access are separate actions; neither deletes previously saved reports, conversations or backups.

Use boundaries and updates

Google data is used for the analysis functions described here. Access and use are subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable product policies. General store marketing disclosures do not expand the permitted uses of data obtained through this tool. Changes to data uses require an updated notice and relevant operator disclosures before the new use begins.
