Lifetime Warranty: Moissanite & Colored Gemstones

We stand behind the timeless beauty of our moissanite gemstones with a Lifetime Warranty that guarantees their optical properties remain impeccable.

What’s Covered?

  • Changes in optical properties, including brilliance, clarity, and color, under normal wear and usage.
  • Applies to all Theiaura&Co. moissanite gemstones, whether purchased as loose stones or as part of a jewelry piece.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
  • Scratches, chips, cracks, or abrasions resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Loss or theft of the gemstone.
  • Alterations, treatments, or repairs performed by third parties.

Terms

  • The warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser or the recipient of the gift.
  • For evaluations, a $75 refundable deposit covers shipping and expert inspection. This deposit will be refunded if the damage is determined to be covered under warranty. For all approved warranty claims, we’ll also cover the return shipping back to you at no cost.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your receipt or Certificate of Authenticity, is required for claims.

 

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty: Silver & Gold & Platinum Jewelry

We are dedicated to crafting jewelry of exceptional quality and offer a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty on all silver, gold and platinum jewelry settings.

What’s Covered?

  • Structural defects resulting from craftsmanship, such as loose prongs or improper settings.
  • Ensures your jewelry is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, including bending, warping, or movement of prongs over time.
  • Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or accidents.
  • Loss, theft, or alterations made by third parties.

We understand the importance of every detail, including small accent stones.

  • Complimentary replacement of small pavé stones (under 2mm) is available within the first 6 months if they fall out due to manufacturing defects.

For damages not covered under our warranties, Theiaura&Co. offers expert repair services.

  • Each repair is assessed individually, and a detailed quote is provided before proceeding.
  • Clients are responsible for shipping fees for non-warranty repairs.

 

Jewelry Insurance Recommendation

While our warranties protect against manufacturing defects, they do not cover theft, loss, or wear-and-tear damages. We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry through providers like Jewelers Mutual or your home insurance company for added protection and peace of mind.

 

Warranty Claims

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to Theiaura&Co. with your warranty card and proof of purchase.
  2. Ship Your Item: Pay a $75 refundable deposit (covering shipping and expert evaluation) when you ship your item. This deposit will be fully refunded if the damage is deemed warranty-eligible.
  3. Inspection and Repair: Our expert team will assess your jewelry and inform you of the findings. Covered issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

 

Care and Maintenance

To keep your Theiaura&Co. jewelry in pristine condition:

  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Clean your jewelry regularly and schedule professional inspections at least once a year.
